Family care, by phone
Sevami gently phones your mother or father at the times you choose, reminds them about medicines and daily routines, and lets you know how it went.

Why Sevami
Work, distance and time zones turn small daily routines into quiet worries. Our parents don’t need less independence. Care just needs a gentler way to reach them.
How it works
Simple for you to arrange, and nothing new for them to learn.
Step 01
Add the person you care for, their language and the hours when calls are welcome. Then add a routine yourself, or from a prescription.
Step 02
An ordinary phone call. Sevami says who it is, asks gently about the routine and listens to the answer in her own words.
“নমস্কাৰ মা, মই সেৱামী… আপুনি আজি পুৱাৰ চাহৰ পিছত ঔষধটো খালেনে?”
Step 03
A short update after each call, in plain words. Anything that needs you is clearly marked.
For the whole family
Each person you care for keeps their own routines, language, calling hours and voice. Brothers, sisters and anyone who helps can join your Care Circle.
Morning medicine after tea, in Assamese, the way she likes to be spoken to.
His evening blood-pressure tablet. Short and direct, no small talk.
Unhurried calls that never rush an answer.
Appointments and everyday routines, kept gently on track.
What Sevami does
Everything a gentle daily routine needs, and nothing it doesn’t.
A warm, unhurried phone call at the moment it matters: medicines, meals, water, a walk or an appointment.
Photograph a prescription and Sevami drafts the routine. You review every detail before anything is scheduled.
Daily, weekly or several times a day, in their own time zone. If they ask, Sevami calls back a little later.
A short note when a routine is reported complete, a clear one when something needs you, and a daily summary.
Every call and every answer, kept as they gave it, so everyone in your Care Circle sees the same picture.
Choose from four voices (warm, calm, cheerful or direct) and the name Sevami calls them by.

Our promise
Sevami speaks with someone you love, so it works within limits you can read and rely on.
Only your family account and the people you invite into your Care Circle, as an Owner, Caregiver, Viewer or Recipient.
In Settings → Privacy you can export all your family and care data, or delete your account, which also cancels scheduled calls.
We don’t sell personal data. It is shared with voice, telephone and email providers only as needed to deliver the service.
Sevami is a reminder service. It is not a medical service or an emergency service. For medical questions, please speak to a doctor; in an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

Something else on your mind? Write to us
Yes. Sevami always tells her who it is: an automated assistant calling on your family’s behalf. It never pretends to be you, or anyone else in the family.
Then they don’t happen. Recurring calls begin only once she has agreed. If she’s busy, she can ask Sevami to call back a little later, and if she’d rather not be called at all, she can opt out during any call.
Withdrawing consent cancels every queued and future call, and you can pause routines from your dashboard at any time.
No. Sevami only reminds. It never diagnoses, prescribes or changes a dose, and it is not an emergency service. If you upload a prescription, it is stored privately and you review every detail before any routine is created.
Sevami tries again a limited number of times, and only within the hours you’ve set. If every attempt goes unanswered, the reminder is marked unanswered, never done, and a caregiver is notified. It also appears in your daily summary.
No. For her, it’s an ordinary phone call. There is nothing to install and no password to remember.
Assamese, Hindi, Bengali and English. You choose the language, and the voice, for each person you care for.
Only your family account and the people you invite into your Care Circle. Prescriptions are stored privately, and you can export or delete your family’s data from Settings → Privacy.
Sevami is in early access. You can create a family account today, or join the founding families and help shape what comes next. By default, a family account includes up to 120 voice-call minutes a month and 5 Voice Studio test calls a day.
A note from us
Sevami speaks with the people you love most, so we hold every call to one standard: would you be glad to have made it yourself? Gentle, honest about what it is, and never in a hurry.
